Duration: 6 months extendable

Job Description:-
5+ years.
Documentum Software installation in High Available environment.
Documentum upgrade and handling OpenText support cases.
Experience with Documentum xCP 2.x, 16.x, 20.x
Performing HC of the environment and Preventive maintenance.
Monitoring jobs and checking the reports of the jobs.
Collecting information from the environment to supplement the support cases.
Coordinate with the cross functions (DBA, Servers, Network, Security, integration team, and development) to maintain the optimum status of the environment.
Participate in DR drills.
Take ownership of the deployment
Maintain proper source control of the applications deployed in the environment.
Correspond with the vendor to handle environment support tickets.
Maintain the product versions under the standard support lifecycle.
Maintain incident reports and documentation relevant to the status and occurrences in the environment.
